Lashana Jackson

Chief Human Resources Officer

Lashana Jackson joined R1 in 2019 and currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Prior to this role, Lashana led R1’s Talent Management & Belonging function, where her responsibilities included performance management, learning, recognition, onboarding, inclusion and belonging, and community involvement. Previously, Lashana worked at Aon, holding various roles, including Global Talent Management, HR Business Leader, HR Strategy & Implementation, and Diversity & Inclusion.

In addition to her work at R1, Lashana is committed to community engagement, including board service for The Joffrey Ballet and acting as a Nonlawyer Commissioner for the ARDC of the Supreme Court of Illinois. Lashana earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Howard University.
