Travel

The Sheraton Universal Hotel™ is conveniently located in Universal City, just minutes from Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) and about 35–45 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), depending on traffic.

We recommend flying in and out of Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) when possible, as it’s the closest airport. LAX provides more flight options but may require additional travel time.

You will receive your hotel confirmation with additional program details about two weeks before your arrival via the email on file.

For attendees flying into Los Angeles, please utilize rideshares from the airport and carpool with other colleagues where possible. Ground transfer time will vary based on airport and traffic conditions.

If you wish to extend your stay at the Sheraton Universal Hotel, please indicate this on the registration form. The group rate will be offered three days pre-event and three days post-event, based on availability. Any additional nights will be a personal expense.
