The tournament will be held at Medinah Country Club where the top players from the United States and countries outside Europe compete in the PGA TOUR’s premier global celebration of golf showcasing the best players in the world through team competition in the biennial match play event.
In addition to seeing some of the most compelling and dramatic golf in the world, the Presidents Cup provides the perfect setting for us to collaborate and engage in rich, meaningful discussions surrounding our valued partnership. We look forward to spending time with you amid the backdrop of this celebrated sporting event.
Due to the exclusivity of this event, the invitation is non-transferable and extended only to you and your guest. Additional details regarding timing and transportation will be shared once attendance is confirmed.

R1 Event Inclusions
- Two tickets to the PGA Presidents Cup with exclusive access to the R1 Windy City Suite on the 12th Fairway, including food and beverage throughout the day
- Choice of hotel accommodation
- R1 will reimburse you for round-trip coach airfare and airport transportation in Chicago
- Daily shuttles to/from Medinah Country Club
Travel
R1 will reimburse your round-trip coach airfare and arrival/departure ground transportation. We recommend flying into Chicago O’Hare (ORD) or Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW).

Medinah Country Club is one of the most storied and prestigious private golf clubs in the United States, renowned for its historic legacy, championship-caliber courses, and iconic architecture. Founded in 1924 by the Medinah Shriners, the club was designed by architect Tom Bendelow and features a Byzantine-style, Moorish domed clubhouse with minarets, making it a unique blend of architectural grandeur and cultural symbolism. It has hosted over a century of golf’s most important events, maintaining a tradition of excellence and community.
Tournament Tickets
Your tournament ticket will be transferred to you via Ticketmaster during the week of the event to the email you provide during registration.
Transportation
If you choose to stay at The Peninsula, shuttles will be provided each day of the tournament (Thurs-Sun). The schedule will be provided prior to the event.
