Jackie Willett

Jackie Willett is a senior vice president of our hospital-based physician solutions at R1 RCM. She has more than 30 years of experience in accounts receivable management, risk management and revenue cycle operations. She excels in end-to-end revenue cycle management, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique needs of physicians and practice management operations. Her profound understanding of these areas enables her to drive efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring optimal financial performance and strategic risk mitigation.

Jackie holds a significant role in several organizations, including the Emergency Department Practice Management Association (EDPMA), where she serves as a board member and executive committee board member/treasurer. She is also a member of EDPMA’s federal policy, state regulatory and QDCD Committees. In 2019 she was awarded the EDPMA Leadership Award, followed by the Meritorious Service Award in 2022.

Additionally, she is a Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA) government relations committee member and was honored with the HBMA 2020 President’s Award.

Jackie’s strategic influence extends to fiscal health, operations, cost management and staff accountability. She is recognized for her self-motivation, creativity and initiative, which drive both corporate and personal goals. Her forward-thinking approach and team-oriented mindset have established her as a prominent figure in the healthcare industry.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Midwestern State University.
