With over 30 years at the forefront of healthcare revenue cycle, Sara’s expertise in process improvement and change management has driven substantial gains. Specializing in operational efficiencies and financial performance improvements, she has re-engineered revenue cycle processes to embrace innovation and automation, optimizing both the client experience and the bottom line.

Sara’s approach is collaborative, working closely with teams to ensure the seamless selection and implementation of cutting-edge revenue cycle solutions. She has championed innovation and analytics throughout her career ensuring healthcare providers are not just current, but ahead of the curve. Sara is an active member throughout the healthcare industry serving on various committees, taskforces and board of directors. She has a passion for continual education and leadership with a focus on federal and regulatory affairs including reducing administrative burdens with CMS.  She is a speaker and author for nationally recognized professional organizations and publications.

Sara has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Eastern Oregon University and holds multiple professional certifications and credentials, including a Fellow of the Florida Radiology Business Management Association (FRBMA), Certified Healthcare Business Management Executive (CHBME), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Biller (CPB) and Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM).
