• Does this process include background checks or drug screenings?

  R1 RCM does require a mandatory background and drug screen process to qualify for all job opportunities. Candidates applying to onsite hospital positions will require an occupational health screening as well.

• What does the recruiting process look like for the auditor role?

  Your application will be received and reviewed by a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will then conduct a phone screening. Afterwards, you’ll complete a comprehensive assessment before a final virtual interview is conducted.
