Our career center is the most up to date resource for our current opportunities. Once a position is filled, canceled or put on hold, it is taken down from our career center.

The first step in the hiring process for most of our positions is a phone or web-based interview with the Talent Acquisition team, depending on the role.

Finalist candidates are required to interview in person at one of our site locations.

Candidates who are selected will be offered a position through our Talent Acquisition team and will undergo a background check, education verification, drug screening, and in some cases an Occupational Health Screening for roles onsite at hospitals.
The key to predicting how you will perform in a job is to collect and examine examples of how you performed in similar situations in the past. To evaluate your past performance, R1 uses a behavioral and situational-based interviewing. You'll be asked to provide specific and complete examples of your past experiences, projects, etc. Our interviews are targeted for the specific job for which you are applying. We also strongly recommend conducting thorough research on our company.

When you apply to open positions, you must state “Yes” to the question “Were you referred by a current employee?”. From there you will enter their full name, R1 email address and phone number. For the R1 employee to receive credit for the referral, this process must be followed for every opening you apply to.
