Chris Hartemayer is President, Phare OS for R1. In this role, he has end-to-end accountability for the expansion and impact of R1’s unified Phare OS platform and the transformation of the company’s payer strategy.
Chris joined R1 in 2008 as an operations finance leader and has served in progressive leadership roles across the company, including leading R1’s digital transformation office, financial planning and analysis team, analytics and performance management organization, Patient Operations, Commercial Solutions and Enterprise Operations. Before joining R1, he worked at global financial institution HSBC.
Chris earned a BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
