Christine Haddad is the director of Client Success & QA for Office-based Physicians at R1. With expertise in acute care and multi-specialty ambulatory healthcare systems and a focus on helping healthcare organizations improve operational efficiency, she helps strengthen the patient financial experience across complex care environments.
Haddad has extensive experience leading strategic and operational initiatives that improve charge capture, billing performance and reimbursement outcomes. She works closely with provider organizations to streamline processes, reduce administrative friction and uncover opportunities to improve financial performance while supporting high-quality patient care.
Known for her collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, Haddad partners with healthcare provider leaders to align operational excellence with long-term financial sustainability. She is passionate about modernizing revenue cycle operations through innovation, analytics and process improvement to help organizations solve challenges in an evolving healthcare landscape. Haddad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Health from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Science (MHA) in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
