Prior to joining R1, Estelle served as the Chief Client Officer for Receivable Solutions (RSi) where she led the Client Resource organization.
Estelle's extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management also includes previous roles with Ensemble Health Partners as the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Client Experience and with Medical Data Systems (MDS) as the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Client Services.
Estelle has always been involved in HFMA and served as Chapter President for the South Carolina chapter. She has been active in numerous other leadership positions within HFMA nationally, including the advisory board that created the first National Women in Healthcare Leadership event (known as HERe, and eventual state chapters initiative (still being administered by chapters today). She has also held multiple Advisory Board positions throughout her career, has been a featured speaker at various healthcare conferences, and is an advocate for advancing women in healthcare leadership roles.
Estelle resides in Nashville, TN, and has three adult children.
