Hannah Bourgeois is a process engineer in R1’s R37 AI lab. She has 12 years experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations and strategy. At R37, Hannah leads the autonomous AR process engineering team, focused on building and refining operational systems that power AI-driven solutions for the healthcare revenue cycle — bridging process engineering, data and technology to create scalable, intelligent workflows.
Prior to joining R37, Hannah held senior leadership roles at R1, where she led enterprise-wide denials mitigation and product enablement initiatives.
Before that, Hannah served as a senior director of operations at Cloudmed (now R1), where she led strategic transformations to optimize service delivery, reporting and client performance. She partnered closely with product, data science and technology teams to design and scale classification and automation systems. Those efforts streamlined workflows, enhanced accuracy and delivered multimillion-dollar revenue protection across global operations.
Hannah has earned degrees from UCLA in business and Spanish.
