As a founding leader of the Intelligence team, Juliet has directed a team of specialists in designing, building, and scaling a system for standardized and automated zero balance identification. Her team builds and maintains contract models within the R1 proprietary system. This team also encodes industry insights, payer behaviors, and zero balance reasons into algorithms that analyze client data and route opportunities into prioritized validation queues.
