Lee joined R1 in October 2025 during the Phare Health acquisition.
Lee has more than a decade of senior commercial and operational experience at some of the world’s leading tech companies including DeepMind Health and Google Health. He has earned a bachelor’s degree in statistics from the University of Canterbury and a master's in innovation and entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of business.
His focus is ensuring Phare Health’s products land successfully at hospitals - and keeping his dog tired out.
