Mark Sithi is Senior Vice President of Product at R1 RCM, where he helps lead R37, our AI innovation lab. In this role, he drives product strategy and innovation focused on advancing automation and intelligence across the healthcare revenue cycle. His work spans AI-driven automation, enhanced payer connectivity and revenue cycle intelligence solutions that improve efficiency and financial performance for health systems.
With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, technology and product leadership, Mark has built and scaled solutions that enhance patient access, reduce administrative friction and strengthen collaboration between providers and payers. He entered healthcare to help solve the inefficiencies and complexity that burden both providers and patients, and remains passionate about designing solutions that make the system work better for everyone.
Prior to R1, Mark held product leadership roles at Cloudmed, where he led automation and analytics innovation, and was a principal at Triage Consulting Group, where he helped develop the firm’s revenue integrity technology and led client engagements with major health systems nationwide. He holds dual degrees in business administration and economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
