Michelle Braymer is senior vice president of Patient Facing Operations and a seasoned healthcare operations leader with two decades of experience at R1. Beginning as a senior operations lead, Braymer advanced through the ranks with a constant focus on advancing patient experience and patient-facing operations. As a senior executive, she leads initiatives that transform how healthcare organizations engage with patients—improving access, satisfaction and financial performance at scale.
Throughout her tenure at R1, Michelle has played a key role in building and evolving patient-facing service models, including global operations and digital patient engagement strategies. She is known for combining operational excellence with a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care, helping providers deliver seamless experiences while strengthening revenue cycle performance.
Michelle brings expertise in healthcare consulting, operations management, data analysis and strategic planning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary health from Western Michigan University.
