Tom has spent more than 15 years at R1 in roles of increasing responsibility, contributing to the company’s growth and evolution into a technology-driven leader in revenue cycle management. Over his tenure, he has led large-scale operational improvements, supported strategic initiatives including IPO readiness, and helped advance enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts.
With more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, technology, and consulting, Tom brings a strong track record of driving operational efficiency, scaling complex organizations, and delivering measurable business outcomes. His leadership emphasizes the integration of technology, data, and process excellence to create more seamless, efficient, and patient-centered experiences.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan, and he has completed executive training through Stanford University’s Emerging COO program.
