Logan Johnston

Logan serves as Executive Vice President, Performance Management, leading R1’s performance management and business analytics teams supporting the company’s enterprise, physician and revenue performance operations.

He joined R1 in 2004 and has led the company’s Central Operations and Shared Services organization where R1 teams built scalable support infrastructures to streamline and more efficiently deliver revenue cycle operations for healthcare providers. Logan has also led the R1’s Physician Advisory Services teams and held numerous other roles at client sites. He brings deep industry experience and revenue cycle expertise applied to operational metrics and performance analytics for the benefit of R1 and its clients.

Logan came to R1 from Stockamp and Associates where focused on revenue cycle consulting and change management projects. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Northwestern University.
